Description
Lotus leaf buns are a steamed Chinese wheat-flour-based bread, flattened and folded in half. This clam shape makes for a sandwich bun—similar to a hamburger bun that you gently open with your hands. Perfect to fill with braised pork, roast duck or other savoury meats.
