GENERAL ORDERS

Mithree Trading cannot be responsible for incorrect information provided to us. Once your order has been delivered, the shipping address cannot be changed for that order.

When you purchase online, our system uses Transdirect’s formula for weight calculations to estimate how much the shipping will cost you. The shipping cost quoted is for orders outside Sydney-metro and orders below $150; this does not include shipping to countries other than Australia.

Organise Your Delivery Order

We might use used newspapers or magazines to wrap all cans and use bubble wrap and used newspapers, shredder paper or magazines for glass items which are also put inside a box. Our warehouse is clean and new, all boxes leave our store in excellent condition, and we do not send damaged goods. Cans may be dented and glass products can break in transit and some items do not travel well no matter how well we pack them. Once the order(s) are collected by Transdirect we will not pay compensation for lost, stolen or damaged goods. Please contact us should you feel you need assistance making a claim for damage to goods during transit.

Note: Please do not throw away the damage order; you will need to show proof of damage for your claim.

Transdirect delivery: We use Transdirect to deliver your parcels who follow their own schedule for delivery. We cannot organise or control their schedules and as such cannot guarantee your parcels will arrive on a certain day or at a certain time.

Note: Transdirect do not at this time offer specific Saturday, Sunday or Holiday delivery, delivery only from Monday to Friday during business hours.

Missing or lost Orders

Once your order has been collected we will email you a tracking code/link which can be used to check the delivery status of your item/s. If your package does not arrive within a reasonable time frame (later than 2-3 working days after shipping) please contact Transdirect. If it is not there, please email us [email protected]. Mithree Trading will assist you with Lost or damage product.

Return to Sender Orders

If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address details or any other reason (such as failure to collect the order) we will contact you to organise redelivery of your order once it has been returned to our warehouse. Please note you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred.

Return to sender orders can take up to 4 weeks to be returned to our warehouse depending on the delivery service in the destination so please ensure that your address details are correct before paying for your order.

Mithree Trading Store Policy

We are currently still providing orders for click and collect. There is NO MINIMUM for website orders. We only accept Visa credit card and Mastercard credit card will attract a 1.2% transaction fee, direct deposit or Cash.  We do not accept Diners or American Express. All prices are in Australian dollars.

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information on our web site. When errors are discovered, we will correct them. We reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies , including after an order has been submitted, after it has been confirmed, or after your credit card has been charged. If we discover a pricing error after your credit card has been charged, we will contact you to inform you. We will let you know how much is the correct price, and if you agree with the new price, you will need to pay us the correct price, so we can process your order.

If you do not want to pay the correct price, we will cancel your order and will refund your purchase.

Refund Policy – Products Damaged or Shipped in Error

Products are free of damage and breakage when your order is shipped from our warehouses. Although Mithree Trading products are packaged very carefully, damages may occur in transit. Please contact us should you receive a damaged or broken product. Make sure to save all contents, including packaging, for us to investigate.

We only refund or give a credit if the order was shipped in error.

If there is a problem with your order from us, please contact us within 24 hours to discuss further. Sorry No refunds, exchanges or credits unless claimed within 24 hours from receivable of goods. There is no exchange, refund or credit for a product simply because you do not like it.
