Description
Thai fish cakes, known as “Tod Mun Pla” in Thai, are a popular Thai appetizer made from ground fish (usually a combination of fish like snakehead fish or mackerel) mixed with various aromatic herbs and spices. They are typically deep-fried until golden brown. We usually serve the fish cakes hot as an appetizer, snack, or even as a main course. They can be accompanied by a dipping sauce, such as sweet chilli sauce, tartar sauce or a lemon aioli, and a side salad.
